Saturday, December 26th

Want to Thank everyone that was able to make it to the Annual Christmas Breakfast last Saturday at Lamasco, always good to spend time and catch up with everyone while not moving, we were able to deliver a lot of toys to the Downtown YMCA for the Angel Tree, and those breakfast burritos looked amazing, not sure if there is any reason to change the location for 2016!!

Thanks also to Curt, the crew at Ultimate Fit and Jim Bush for putting together what looked to be a great run and Christmas fun on the Eastside Saturday morning, still can't believe nobody brought me back any chocolate.

Bust them out....this week will be the Ugly Race Shirt Run, dig down deep in the drawer and pull out the ugliest race shirt you've ever received and put it on, you know you have that one that's always first to pack for a throw away shirt but can never seem to part with when comes down to it. Below is an Eastside 16 mile run if your into that kind of thing.

If the trails are calling your name, Swift Athletics is organizing  a group trail run once again this year on Saturday, December 26th at Lincoln State Park, start time is 8:00 am Central Time. The trails are well marked and will eventually bring you back to where you started. You can meet the group at the park, or there may be a caravan leaving from Swift at 7:00 am. All paces are welcome!

Have a Merry Christmas!

See You Saturday!
