Saturday, February 18th



Congratulations go out to everyone who took part in the Hearts on Fire 5k and Fly with the Eagles ½, and to those on the road at the 26.2 with Donna, where BOR’s own Ellen Van Royen took 1st in age group on what sounded like a warm hard day, and to those in Birmingham for the Mercedes Marathon, great running everyone!




River Run Training moves East to Ultimate Fit this week, below is a route out and back for those wanting to take part in the training run and an Eastside route for those not wanting to meet up. Don’t forget after the run, no matter what route you take they all lead back to the Y for Pancake Days, enjoy!

River Run Training

As you know Ultimate Fit is hosting the route for this Saturday’s River Run Route. Curt and Cindy have done so much for us as a running community and for the River Run, we want to make this Saturday’s run as large as possible. Tons of parking at Washington Square mall! Please invite a friend. If they have never done the River Run Training, or if this is the first one this year, let me, Jim, or the Ultimate Fit staff know and we will make sure you get an extra entry for the give-away items this week! I will be there early with extra tickets in my hands. Please come early so you have enough time to register. Ultimate is going to have vendors there, as well as, great in store offers.
