A Big (Easy) Congratulations to the big group that took on Rock n’ Roll New Orleans Sunday, great to see the PR’s and first time marathoners! Congrats as well to the group that tool on the Lovin the Hills 50k in Kentucky, tough race but a tougher group of runners!
Best of Luck this weekend to everyone running the Hearts on Fire 5k in Evansville, Cupid Dash in Jasper and Fly with the Eagles in Marion, IL, and to those hitting the road for the 26.2 with Donna in Jacksonville, FL and Mercedes Marathon in Birmingham, AL, have a great run!
A good size crowd kicked off the River Run Training last weekend at Bob’s Newburgh, this week the training run moves to Lamasco Bar on Franklin Street, options are to meet at Y at 6:45ish and run the 1+ mile from the YMCA to Lamasco, do the 4 mile River Run Training run and add additional as needed by picking up the route below from Lamasco and heading west, the other option would be to do the route below only at 7:00am.
