We are closing out October the coming week, and the weather is more like my kind of weather!  Cooler!  I am a little jealous, seeing all of the running posts on Facebook, but happy for my running family of friends!  Keeping it short again this week, as my computer time is still limited from the neck brace and tingling hands.  I am improving daily, but have more time to go.  With Gods blessings I am sure that he will give me the ability in time to get myself back on the road.

This weekend we will join Run Walk 812 and extend the run farther east.  812 is starting at the old Y entrance and going east and back for up to 7.5 miles.  The BOR route will pick up from the farthest end of the 812 route, adding 5.3 miles to that.  The Loop Group is meeting at Central High for their starting point for the loops.  Keep an eye out for details of Run Walk 812 and the Loop Group for which day they are meeting.  It looks to be a wet Saturday which will shift days for some groups.
