April 11, 2020

Hope everyone is getting out, social distancing, and getting their miles in!  We are into the second weekend of April, and this coronavirus thing is still controlling our lives.  Last weekend we had a few routes out there for you to run at your leisure, or join up with some of your friends to get your long distances in.

This weekend we will again post some short routes, and a 14.3 mile route for those looking for more distance.  Remember to keep the 6 foot social distances, and just talk louder.  We have to adjust to all this new life in our own way!  Again, carry your own water, and one of these days we will get back to normal!

I will not post any races yet, as we want to be sure they are definitely still on schedule before putting out wrong information.  There are still some virtual races out there to run, and get with the below race organizers to find one or two you like.  So, get out there and race or train, and have fun!

As always, be courteous and thoughtful to the drivers, while running the streets!
