Saturday, October 21st


Congrats this week to everyone that ran, cheered and volunteered the Evansville Half Marathon on Saturday, good crowds and another successful race for the YMCA and all that help to put on not only the race but the Team 13 training program. Congrats also to Martha and Mikki on another successful state and marathon, this one with not so great weather conditions at the Mount Desert Island Marathon in Maine.








Sunday brought the familiar echoes of “You are an IRONMAN” across many computers as several from the tri-state took on and completed the Louisville Ironman. Congrats to you all and thanks for providing an exciting day!




Best of Luck this week to everyone running the Spirit Crusher Survival Run, Chandler 8k, New Harmony Scenic 5k and the Franklin Street Beer Run (pace yourself).



This week I have included a 14 & 12 mile option on the Eastside, as some continue to train for Fall marathons, cut or add as needed.
