Brrrrrr......this past weekend brought some of the coldest running weather of the season, but it wasn't cold enough to keep those from jingling, Congrats to everyone that ran the Jingle Bell Run, the Reindeer Run 5k, and Santa Shuffle as well as those who took to the road for the Rocket City Marathon and Honolulu Marathon!
And a big Thanks to everyone that was able to join us at Lamasco for the Band of Runners Christmas breakfast, we were able to deliver a car full of toys to the YMCA!
Best of Luck to everyone running the Angel Run 4k in Newburgh Saturday and The 12k's of Christmas Race on Sunday.
As for the rest, Ultimate Fit will be hosting the Toy Trot Free Run Saturday morning at 8:00 am, so the options are a plenty, a 5 mile route from the YMCA heading out around 7:00am, Walnut/Vann/Washington/Green River to Ultimate Fit, around 5 miles, return to the Y after the Toy Trot, option 2, below is a 5 mile route from Ultimate Fit at 7:00 add on as needed at the end of the Toy Trot, 3rd option would be the 12/14 mile route below from the YMCA, you pick!
