A big Congrats to everyone who ran the Colon Run on what was a hot sticky Saturday morning, and to everyone who braved the hot June night and kicked serious butt in Puducah at the Run Under the Stars endurance race.
Sunday was all about the altitude out west, Congrats to the big group that ran the Revel Rockies Marathon in Denver. Enjoyed seeing the great pictures and even better running, including some PR's, way to represent the Tri-State area, also great to see somewhat of a BOR reunion with one of our now Colorado residents.
Best of Luck this weekend to everyone running the Laufenfest 5k in Haubstadt and the Street Strut 5k as part of the Handy Fest in Henderson on Saturday morning and to those doing the Beer Run Downtown Saturday afternoon, make sure you have a designated running buddy, have a good time and a safe run, and to anyone hitting the road for the Grandma's Marathon, Leadville and Rock 'n Roll Seattle.
Well it's that time of year again, with the recent heat and humidity we will move the Saturday start time back to 6:00 am from the Downtown YMCA, this week I have included a 16 mile route on the Northside, should be able to easily cut out a chunk if needed.
