I'm sure some were afraid that this weeks post would be nothing but wedding pictures...not going to do that to you.
An extended weekend of racing this week, lots of great running, pacing and relay action, with the Carmel Marathon Weekend, the River to River Relay and the 5K on the Runway.
Monday brought the Boston Marathon and the Tri-state area was once again very well represented. Congrats to everyone on a great race and for providing some Monday morning entertainment.
Good Luck to everyone running the St. Jude Give Hope Run and the Color Me Fun Run 5k here at home and to those hitting the road.
For those staying put and not resting, the River Run Training heads East once again to Ultimate Fit, with tons of giveaways, the other option is an Eastside run below.
