Saturday, October 7th





Still a few days left to hit Franklin Street for pronto pups and sausage burgers, so get out there and carb up!

Congrats this week to everyone that got out and ran the Friday Night Trail run, Run For Your Life 5k, Doggie Dash, Bluegrass Dash and The Greenway Marathon in Nashville, and our 2 wheel friends that took part in the Great Pumpkin Metric on Sunday, way to get out and enjoy the great weather!








Best of Luck and safe travels to everyone heading to the Windy City this weekend for one of the six majors and 4th largest marathon, the 40th running of the Chicago Marathon.




Well the taper begins for “Team 13” and the Evansville Half this week as they move to Vectren for the 8 miler. I have included an alternate plan below for those not doing “Team 13”.
