A Big Congrats to all the finishers in the YMCA 5/10 K and Brat Trot on Saturday morning, looked like a lot of age group trophies were taken home, and a great start for the Y Series!
Best of Luck to everyone running the Fox on the Run in Hendo and Friday After 5k in Owensboro on Friday and the Trailblazer 5k in Evansville and Schweizer Fest runs in Tell City on Saturday!
Team 13 heads North to Central High School, below is a 5 mile out and a 7 mile back for a total of 18 miles with the Team 13 mileage, it's about 4 miles straight shot down 1st Avenue from Central to the Y if you are not in need of that many miles. Check the comments below and on Facebook for carpool or ride opportunities if you are looking to not make the return run Downtown or want to run early from Central.
