Saturday, October 6th


It's that time of the year, the smell of pronto pups and elephant ears fill the air, I have included the munchie map below so you can make your own route, remember to pace yourself....Congrats to everyone that ran the Night Fever Trail Run, the Pumpkin Run/Walk, USI Doggie Dash and Franklin Street Beer Run, the Run for your Life, Clarence Delmar Marathon, Rocky Run, Chattanooga Ironman and the Race for the Cure last weekend, as well as everyone that knocked out the last long Team 13 training run...Let the Taper begin!











 Best of Luck to everyone running the Rundown at Sundown Friday night, the Opioid Awareness Run Saturday and to those hitting the road for the Chicago Marathon on Sunday and to those riding the Great Pumpkin Metric on the Westside Sunday! 






It's Taper time for “Team 13” and the Evansville Half this week as they move to Garvin Park for the 8 miler and time for me to taper off the pronto pup diet I've been on all week. I have included an alternate plan below for those not doing “Team 13”.
