Saturday,, January 21st

The weather proved to be a factor yet again last weekend, the rainy days made for some sloppy running here at home and the warmer temps made for some tough marathons and half marathons in other parts of the country, however it wasn’t enough to keep those catching a training run on the trails of LBL, how did you stay so clean?

Congratulations this week go out to Michelle Walker on her 100th sub 4:00 at the Charleston Marathon, Miki Fields and friends at the Houston Marathon and Aaron Q in Louisiana great runs in tough conditions.

I’ve dropped a 16 miler below for your running pleasure, should be able to cut it short as needed.

See You Saturday!
