This weekend the BOR group will start at the Y at 6:45 am, and run down to First street to Forefront Therapy to meet up with the Run Walk 812 group that will start at 7 am. Shari has 3, 8, and 9 mile routes available. I will add onto those routes to give a 12 or 13 mile route.
Curt, Cindi, and the Group at Ultimate fit are open for those needing new equipment, so go in and check out the showroom, if you forgot what they have for your needs. Ultimate Fit
There are still some virtual races available, so get with the race directors, and see if one fits your training or racing needs. Some of the races are getting scheduled for the fall, and some will run sooner in staged races.
