Saturday, August 9th

Some good racing this past weekend, the New Harmony group returned home with a lot of hardware and a few tan lines, some impressive runs in Owensville, Newburgh and Night Flight finally took off with a great evening to run. Congrats to everyone!

Sunday brought more racing, Congrats and great run to the girls who took on the Blister in the Sun Marathon once again, this one is so not in my bucket, don't see how you do it year after year!

Good Luck to everyone this week as the YMCA kicks off the 3 race series with the 5/10k Saturday morning, and also the new series at Angel Mounds which starts Sunday night, The Full Moon Fever Night Trail Race Series, check out Get Active Guide for more info on these races and more.

Speedy recovery wishes this week to Matt Wandtke, who had to one up Kara in the injury department. Not content with the Iron Man status he's now the Man of Steel, or at least a small piece in his left shoulder-Get Better!

I have only posted a 12 mile route forthis Saturday, I figured most will be doing the Y race and just adding on early or later as needed, let me know if you need assistance with additional mileage.

See you Saturday!

Non Running News:
