Saturday, October 11th
Sorry for the late post, still a little jet lagged. Some very impressive times last weekend at the Evansville ½ Marathon on what sounded like a perfect morning and on the new course, none of which matters if you don’t put in the work and show up to race. Great job everyone, and once again Congratulations to all the pacers for sacrificing your race to help make it a special day for others.
I had the pleasure to share what ended up being a very tough, although breathtaking at times, course in Utah, great run to Leah, Ted and Ellen! Promise a recap in the days to come.
Now for this week, know idea where everyone is in their training, taper, recovery so I am throwing out a 12 miler on the Eastside. From what I've heard it's time to move start time to 7:00. Comment below if you feel otherwise.
