Well we are knee deep into March Madness and also into race season it seems, Congrats to everyone who ran in the second of the triple crown races in Louisville, and the Sam Costa 1/2 in Indy Saturday, and the Publix Marathon in Atlanta, the Alamo 1/2 in Texas and the Valhalla 5k on Sunday!











Good Luck this weekend to those heading to West Lafayette or the Royal Caribbean for a marathon and those running the March on Main 5k Friday night downtown.



This week we head East with a couple options of routes and start times. Option one would be 6:15 from the Y for an out and back to Ultimate Fit (around 5.5 miles each way) and the River Run Training Run at 7:00 am, option two would be the Eastside route below starting at 7:00 am.
