Best of Luck this weekend to everyone running the Logan's Promise 5K Run/Walk in Evansville, Pioneer Spirit Dash, the Tell City Half Marathon and the group heading to Kentucky for the Land Between the Lakes Races!






Options this week are, the 5 mile run out to Ultimate Fit for the 6/3 mile Peace Run & Harmony training run and the 5 mile back to the Y, just show up at Ultimate Fit for the training run, or at the bottom is an Westside route from the Y at 7:00, pick your poison.
