November 16, 2019

Just past middle November, and last weekend lots of running was happening, both training and racing!  Many ran the Indy Monumental, and others from the wild side, ran Tunnel Hill Ultra.  Those that raced locally, ran the Wag Walk and Run 5k, at Audubon Park.  Hoping you all had fun and got the times you were anticipating!

This weekend, the BOR group will go east, starting at the Y at 7:00 am.  Run Walk 812 will have a short add on starting from C K Newsome Ctr.  Those that want can get signed up for the Drumstick Dash.  The Loop Group will meet at Wesselmans for the hub of their loops.

This weekend in Racing, the Drumstick Dash by Rescue Mission,  The Evansville Civic Theater off Broadway 5K, starting at Lamasco Park.  If you want to keep the racing body going, get in one of these races, and support the local organizations!  If racing or training, have a great time with your running friends!

Don't forget to save your canned goods for the food drive for Ozanam shelter on November 23, at Ultimate Fit.

As always, be courteous and thoughtful to the drivers, while running the streets!

Goal for 2019
