This week I am again posting a couple of distances for those wanting to keep the training going. 4,6, 9, and 12 mile routes. We will go westward for all routes, and carry your water, and stay social distanced. Again, you can run the routes when you want, and with anyone you desire, as long as they also want.
Remember, Curt, Cindi, and the Ultimate Fit team have something for all your running needs!
Keep in mind the local virtual races, and get with the local race directors for races. I will start posting live races when the social distancing ends and race dates are set in stone again. Have fun out on the roads, whenever you're running or walking!
