Here we are into the first weekend of April, and enjoying the time of isolation. Not! Last weekend we had a westside route with enough hills to make you stronger. We had a few join and run while keeping our distance for safety.
This weekend I will put a couple of options out there for those that want to run. I have a 4, 6, and 13 mile route for those wanting to keep the training going. We will start at the Y at 6 or 7 am, for those that want. Pick your time, and find your group, to get your miles in. We will not put water out, so if you want water, either put it out on the route, or carry your own. Remember to keep your personal distances for your and your friends safety. Lets not keep this virus hanging around any longer than we have to.
I will not post races but there are a few virtual races going, so get with the organizers below to find the one that suites you, or has the medal you like. As always get out there and enjoy your run, while being safe!
