This weekend, the BOR group will meet at the Y at 6 to 6:15 am, and run 4 miles before meeting up with Run Walk 812 at Forefront Therapy on 1st street. Shari will have 4, 6, and 8 mile routes for those that want these distances. If you are having any problems, talk with one of the therapists and see if they can help you out, or set you up with an appointment plan for treatment.
If you are into the races, some are on the schedule starting in July, with a few spots left in the Patriot Race, but if you want to stay virtual, they can accommodate you there too. Look to the sites below for information on local races.
