Trophy's a plenty this weekend and it looked as though everyone has set themselves up for a great Y Series! Congrats to Kevin on the overall win Friday night at the Fox Run in Henderson and Congrats to everyone on the age group places Saturday morning in both the 5 & 10k races.

And then came the night! Congrats to everyone who headed South to Owensboro for the Big Blue Relay Saturday Night!

Below is a 6 mile run for the 6:00 crowd, swinging back by to pick up Team 13 at 7:00, I also included  the Team 13 7 mile route.

Team 13 – 7 Miler from the YMCA 7:00am

·        Start at 6^th & Vine – Left on Vine to Main Street and to Garvin Park Fountain

·        Right at the fountain; Follow the big loop to the Greenway entrance;

·        Water Stop

·        Right onto the Greenway & follow Greenway to the Heidelbach trailhead

·        Return to Greenway Entrance & continue on Greenway to Animal Shelter

·        Return to Greenway Entrance & exit Greenway to the right

·        Water stop

·        Follow the Big Loop in Garvin park back to the fountain

·        Right at fountain to Main Street

·        Follow Main Street (past Vine Street) to SE 9^th Street

·        Right on SE 9^th Street to Sycamore

·        Left on Sycamore to Sixth Street

·        Right on 6^th Street to Y

·        Freezy Pops at the Y
